Allan Burns, President
Allan Burns has thirty years of experience in residential and commercial construction as a field superintendent, estimator, project manager and general contractor. His experience includes the construction and remodel of restaurants, convenience stores and other commercial projects up to $750,000 throughout the southeast. His client list includes Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell, Dunkin Donuts, Baskin-Robbins, Firehouse Subs, Quiznos Subs, Burger King, Domino's Pizza, Diebold, E-Z Serve, Krystal Restaurants, Camp Oil, Kangaroo, Marathon Oil, Circle K, Miami Subs, Popeyes, Church's, Cracker Barrel, and Hardee's. Prior to his construction career, Allan worked for seven years as an urban planner in the Atlanta area.
Keith Strellis, Vice President
Keith Strellis brings fifteen years of restaurant planning, design, construction and operations experience to Kodiak Construction. Keith is a certified chef and has an extensive background in restaurant and hotel management and he provides a unique perspective and understanding of the food service industry. He has been involved in planning and opening hotels and restaurants, including the Sunoma Mission Inn, Bodega Bay Lodge, Pan Pacific Hotel, Stanford Park, and his own restaurant, Keith's Sebastopol Grill. Before joining Kodiak, Keith was involved with logistics and planning automation and robotic layouts.
