Kodiak Construction Inc. is a general contracting company providing commercial construction, remodeling, maintenance, repair and consulting services for the retail and restaurant industries. Kodiak offers a broad range of services from ground up new store construction to image upgrades and minor repairs. We work for a select group of customers providing consistent value along with the highest quality of service. We have extensive experience in interior build-outs, remodeling, equipment installation, repair and maintenance, and multi-store installation programs.
Since the beginning of operations in early 2008, Kodiak Construction has completed a new Firehouse Subs at the Mall of Georgia, a new Dunkin Donuts in Kennesaw, GA and a new Baskin-Robbins in Acworth, GA. In addition, Kodiak Construction completed the remodel and installation of new equipment for twenty-two Pizza Huts in the metro Atlanta area. The Pizza Huts scope of work included plumbing, electrical and HVAC for new ventless exhaust hoods and fryers, hand sinks, dining room upgrades, exterior painting, and installation of new walk-in coolers and freezers.
