I wanted to take the time to thank you and your team for doing such an outstanding job on the construction of our Firehouse Subs.

We were told by our area representative that normal build out for a Firehouse location was approximately eight to twelve weeks.  On top of that, our timing could not have been worse, trying to start over the Christmas and New Years holidays!

I took your advice (and glad I did) and allowed your team to take the lead on our project, starting with permitting. I truly believe that by allowing you to handle everything, it saved us a couple of weeks! I appreciate your team’s awareness of lost time and what that means to a franchisee like me. Kodiak Construction, was not only reasonable with their bid, but very efficient and fast with our construction project. They started our project exactly on the day agreed upon and finished faster than expected. Kodiak owners were also very helpful in dealing with our lender, which was very demanding with their paperwork requirements. Each of their sub-contractors was professional and friendly, and worked in a neat manner.

We are very pleased with the quality of the craftsmanship throughout the building. During, as well as after, completion, we received support from many people at Kodiak Construction that allowed us to complete this project and get our business under way.

During the final stages of the construction, we encountered some issues with the installation of our tile floor. After much deliberation from our architects as well as Kodiak Construction, it was deemed necessary to reinforce our floor support joist, as well as re-grout the tile. We were assured and reassured many times during this phase of the correction, that Kodiak Construction would stand by their word and correct and repair any issues. I am glad to report that they have stood by their word, and corrected all issues related to this setback. It is reassuring to us when a company tells us one thing and actually delivers it as promised.
